HECA is a non-profit, educational association comprised of professionals dedicated to helping students and families explore higher education options and opportunities. HECA was founded in 1997 to meet the needs of the growing profession of independent educational consulting.
The Independent Educational Consultants Association (IECA) is a non-profit, international professional Association representing full-time experienced independent educational advisors. Chartered in 1976, the Association's headquarters is located in the Washington, DC area. IECA has developed a strict set of ethical guidelines that govern the actions of consultants in their relationships with students and families, schools and colleges, and with colleagues.
Globetrotters Education Consulting Incorporated was established in early 2003 to assist the young and young at heart, achieve their dream of pursuing education and work abroad.
