The Rutgers Business Law Journal is an academic forum for serious research and discussion of the issues that affect business law, trends, and theory. The Journal is published semi-annually by students from Rutgers Law School-Newark. The Business Law Journal publishes scholarly articles written and submitted by academics, practitioners, professors of law, and students.
