The first holiday called "Earth Day" was held on March 21, 1970 in San Francisco. It has become a "world class event," for everyone on planet earth, and something we can all celebrate together. The Farm Service Agency is helping farmers and ranchers to protect the air we breath, the water we drink, and the soil in which we grown our food through conservation partnerships. Ask your parents and teachers how you can help protect planet earth.
