Science Outreach Ateabsca group consists of members of the general public (teachers, scientists, and others) who are interested in science and think science is important. Our two main objectives are, To increase awareness of science in the greater Athabasca region and To develop a knowledge base of the science of the Athabasca River Basin. These activities include talks, science camps, traveling exhibits, bird and butterfly counts, and other events.
