The Army Historical Foundation is committed to Army History. It maintains a full-time staff historian who acts as editor-in-chief of its quarterly magazine, On Point, the Journal of Army History. In addition the Foundation invests in the preservation of historical artifacts, sponsors annual writing competitions, staff rides, and is the official fundraising partner for the National Museum of the United States Army.
