The mission of the faculty in the Department of Educational Administration is to prepare educational leaders who have the knowledge, skill, and values required to build learning communities. We do so by advancing knowledge which improves professional practice, providing service to education institutions and society, and practicing and modeling ethical leadership. Our activities and programs are driven by a commitment to leadership preparation, research and service.
