HECA, Higher Education Consultants Association, is an organization for independent educational consultants, educational services and other professionals. HECA is a non-profit, educational association comprised of professionals dedicated to helping students and families explore higher education options and opportunities. HECA was founded in 1997 to meet the needs of the growing profession of independent educational consulting.
