Cheryl was raised in a military family and has lived around the world. Over 35 years have been spent living in Texas both before and after her marriage. Her university education is in Food Science and Nutrition from Brigham Young University. She has taught home storage and preparedness classes since 1977 and has had a regularly used personal home storage program since 1974.
