Urban Living is one of nine Housing Market Renewal Pathfinder areas in the UK set up and funded by the Government's Office of the Deputy Prime Minister (ODPM). The Pathfinder covers substantial areas within Birmingham City Council and Sandwell MBC, who are the two local authority partners.
