This site (philosopher.org.uk) was begun in 1988 based on lectures and seminars and designed to be accessible to the non-specialist. The site is constantly updated. Roger Jones taught philosophy at a variety of adult education colleges in London, UK between 1987 and 2001. He now works as a consultant to the education and voluntary sectors and maintains an interest in philosophy and its teaching.
