Founded in 1998, we had a modest but meaningful start, granting only 19 wishes in that first year. We have grown immensely since our founding due to the enthusiastic response from the numerous individuals, corporations, organizations and foundations that endorse and support our mission. Over the years, corporations have been generous with cash donations to support our fundraising events, and our individual donors have never failed us
Eating Disorders Anonymous (EDA) is a fellowship of individuals who share their experience, strength and hope with each other that they may solve their common problems and help others to recover from their eating disorders. The only requirement for membership is a desire to recover from an eating disorder. There are no dues or fees for EDA membership. We are self-supporting through our own contributions
