The 2006 World Sport Kite Championships (WSKC) will be run under the auspices of the American Kitefliers Association (AKA), Sport Team and Competitive Kiting (STACK), and the All-Japan Sport Kite Association (AJSKA). Contestants and judges were selected by the respective associations.
