HighSchoolSports.net is a subsidiary of Schedule Star. Schedule Star was started in 1964 in Midland Park, NJ by Adolph “Sonny� Santorine. Sonny was a former professional baseball player with the Brooklyn Dodgers minor league organization. After Sonny left baseball he started a career in teaching and coaching at Midland Park High School. By 1964 he was coaching football, basketball and baseball and was the school’s Athletic Director.
The Hawaii High School Athletic Association (HHSAA), founded in 1956, is exclusively dedicated to serve 92 public and private high schools as they work cooperatively to support and promote athletics as part of the high school education program. HHSAA also implements programs such as drug awareness workshops and leadership training seminars for coaches, officials and athletic directors.
